Recycling glass from bottles and cullet has enormous advantages for the environment and is largely automated thanks to modern glass recycling technologies.

EIPA offers its customers solutions for this segment as well with a unique portfolio of technologies and alloys which have proven effective:

  • Hardfacing of knifes, crushers and screens, e.g. with EIPA flux-cored wires of the highest quality
  • Large-scale wear protection through EIPA compound wear plates, e.g. with exact cuts or constructions
  • Mixing and shredding tools
  • Flexible coating service on site, for example with EIPA deposition welding materials
